Let it Be

The other day, I was singing the song Let it be
and it had a whole different meaning
becasue I remembered that

When Mary says Let it be
it is not only Acceptance
it is Command.

In the Christian Bible,
Gabriel comes to Mary
and tells her the 'good' news

Mary asks some questions
and then she replies
“Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.”

We, also, are called to acceptance and command.
Owning what is, and co-creating what is to come.
Taking our free-will, aligning with our Source, and acting on the Light we are given.

Let's let Mary,
and the other Masters that we rely upon,
show us how to follow the Way before us.

The Master Path is like learning to ride a bike

A few learns ago, Ascended Master Kwan Yin helped me see that
Masters in their last lifetime love the Earth Game!
They are not hankering to leave.
They are Loving, Savoring, Delighting-in.  Every.  Moment.

So many of us who are tuned-into 'reincarnation' and the 'Ascension path',
want this to be our last lifetime before our transition up and out.
Or almost our last lifetime...

For most of us, I believe this is the same impulse that has some folks just waiting around for heaven,
or wanting Jesus to come again Now:
"Stop the world!  I want to get off!"

I remember being a Senior in HS, and hoping/praying:
"Please Jesus, if you are gonna come again soon anyway, can you please come before my test 3rd period tomorrow, I don't want to deal with that!"
It was kind of like hoping for a snow-day that would go on forever ; )

"Beam me up, Scotty!" is no way to live,
it is the opposite of living, of maturing, of becoming the Spiritual Adults that we are!
God doesn't use a tractor-beam to pull us out of trouble at the last minute - the opposite, in fact.

The challenges that we face Are the blessings, although these blessings may be dark ones.
Where we trip is our treasure!
There is a lot more living to do for almost all of us, and that is Good News!

It is a blessing to play in this reality.
It is challenging, sometimes.
It is painful, sometimes.
It is more than we believe we can bear, sometimes.
And when we learn to do it with ease and grace, it is delicious, beautiful, delight.

Many folks call our process, Ascension.
And it does feel that way, and act that way.
Although, I would say it is more learning Integration of spirit with body, Soul Evolution.

We as spirit are already one with all, already love, light, and life Abundant!
Meanwhile, we are learning how to live and fully engage our life on earth, to master this reality.
We are learning how to live in and love these bodies, to master embodiment.
We are learning how to live in this challenging reality, in alignment with our Source: our God, our divinity, our truth, our Path…

We are allowing the old to pass, the future to rest easy, and to Be Here, Now, in this reality.
We are learning to let go of the Heavy and Dark, and soak-into the easy and Light, in this reality.

We are learning to Dance as Oneness in a world of duality.
We are learning to live free, letting-go in a world of constant change.
We are learning to create, destroy, and create again in sandbox earth.
We are learning to play this Game of Life, to win!

We are transforming, as all other souls are, as all of creation is.
Those who have mastered this Game of Life, and have moved on from this Earth Game, we call Ascended Masters.

We are all on our Master Path, and some are 'farther along' this path than others.
No one is better or more spiritual,  some are in kindergarten and some are in High School, that's all.
We are all learning, and each soul's journey is unique.

This illustration came to me this morning:
The Master Path is like learning to ride a bike

It is like being born with a big heavy bicycle and every day we must carry the bicycle, everywhere we go, everything we do.
It is awkward, it is uncomfortable, it keeps us from walking easily, it keeps us from running barely at all.
But, there it is, and we must carry our bicycle, no matter how arduous and exasperating.

After much time, we learn that there is a thing that is called wheels.
And we rejoice!
We no longer have to Carry our bicycle!

The earth carries our bicycle for us, we merely lead it wherever we go.
What joy!   What ease!

We eventually notice that we can lay our other burdens on the bicycle, and our load becomes so much lighter!
We merely push the bicycle around, otherwise the bicycle and the earth do all the work.
Oh, what blessings are these!

For a while life is Grand, but we humans can learn to take almost anything for granted.
So, eventually pushing the bicycle around becomes annoying, then frustrating, then too much to bear!
We are crooked, we are slow, we are awkward, we can not bear this bicycle!

Eventually we notice that there is a thing that is called a seat.
We have some hope,
but how does one sit way up high and also reach the ground, to push along; or to use the thing called pedals?

This is where things get even more challenging!
We try, we fall.  We get tangled up in our bicycle, we skin our knees.
This is not gonna work, we go back to pushing our bicycle, it is less painful and we can actually get somewhere!

But, we get pulled back to the seat, how can we not?
And one day, miraculously we are on the bicycle and somehow going for 15 feet!
We used to carry the bicycle, but now the bicycle carries us! How Grand!

From that day, we practice riding the bicycle whenever we can.
Sometimes we push the bicycle if we must get somewhere fast, or we must not be unkempt.
Otherwise, we are learning to ride everywhere.

We are getting some idea of this trick,
although our hands and feet and arms and legs are scratched and bruised.
We are going to master this bicycle thing if it kills us!

And we do, one day, we get the feel for this thing called balance, and we are off!
We still fall now and then, and when we do it is worse, because we are going Fast!

We are going FAST!
We feel the wind in our face, we can see far ahead, we can learn to just rest on the bicycle as the momentum carries us forward!
This is so easy, such fun!

This bicycle, which we have schlepped around forever,
it has caused us such challenge and misery.
We now understand what this bicycle is FOR, and we rejoice!

Our life is so easy and fun, we go where we want to go in delicious, beautiful, delight.
We now have so much time and energy in which to savor life.
We can carry many burdens.  And we can drop them where they belong.

We becoming free to dance on our bicycles.
Thank you God for this bicycle which we have wanted to dump since the day we were born.
It is our key to Glory!

Life is So Good, we want to keep riding a bicycle forever.
Once we learn to ride our bicycle, we always know how.
Although after a long rest, when we get a new bicycle, we may be rusty and have to regain some of our balance.

Meanwhile, each stage of our arduous and long learning, other folks have been watching us, they learn almost as soon as we do!
People all around us are learning to ride, it takes some time, folks have some spills,
but with us to copy, monkey-see-money-do, it is lifetimes faster and easier!

And, with our extra time and energy, we love nothing more than to encourage them to ride so we can ride together!
If they ask us to, we can hold them up and give them a push as they learn.
What a joy this is for all!

When we have finished riding our last bicycle, and we Are Glory;
still, what a joy it is to assist others to understand what bicycles are for, to help them learn how to ride,
to assist them to find their key to Glory.

I will say again:
The Master Path is like learning to ride a bike.
We are all on our Master Path.

I hope you are enjoying your Journey!
