How does Sound effect you?

Benjamin Bennett says on his FB page

This is a drop of water with a frequency passing through it.
The higher the frequency the more complex the geometric patterns.

Sound admits (sic) a frequency
which creates a vibration
which changes the structor (sic) of water.

We are made up of 70% water
yet people say that sound doesn't effect us.

Keep It Simple Sweetie

In my meditation earlier today,
One of the things St Francis encouraged me to do is:

slow down, focus,
let the rhythm of my Life move more into a reflection of MY values/priorities.

It is that, quite well in What i do...
but HOW I do my life still has room to shift!
(particularly in the transitions, in the cracks)

... allowing more ease, more rest, more grace,
more flow of abundance through me and my life,
more trust with All of my Relations - including myself,
more self-care, more momma nature, more love, joy, peace…

bottom line:  K.I.S.S. - Keep It Simple Sweetie.
(HA - THAT doesn't come naturally for me!! ; )

ALL this, NOT as a should or some perfect ideal,
rather as an invitation, as an intention of BEing:
vibrating more comfortably, singing the song I really mean to sing.

I am not saying this is for everyone,
but I am saying that this is a useful encouragement for me....

If you just want to just re-arrange chairs on the Titanic, then just keep doing what you are doing. 

But, if you want to turn the Titanic - big change is in order 

That is gonna take some ego-death, some changes in how you BE and what you DO. 

Jesus is a really great friend to have for that process 

The Dying and Rising part of following Jesus, is hard it's true, but really it's a huge Gift 

Letting Go, Surrendering, is Key. 

Many Religious folks want us to believe that following God means being Good and staying out of trouble 

but really it is the opposite, 

God doesn't play by our rules, or any rules. 

So, following God's leading sends us on a collision course with the tyrants of our inner and our outer world. 

Following Jesus requires willingness - we can't just go on automatic pilot 

Operating from spiritual leading rather than physical info and habits, is a big shift. 

But it is well-worth paying attention, amazing stuff happens in our lives, and the world around us

 .

A note to folks who enjoyed the Red Dragon full-day training yesterday.

I hope you are enjoying Vitality, Life-force, Ownership, Action, Anger: Life!

I had this quote in mind when we were clearing about victim pictures yesterday, 

but time was tight.
I thought I would send this quote as a thank-you, 

for creating together such a fun, healing and transformative day:

What I hear Don Juan, through Casteneda, saying things like this:

• There is a big difference between regular folks and spiritual warriors/ adventurers/ folks consciously on our spiritual path...
• Warriors take everything - every gift and bright-blessing, every sucky situation and curse - as well as everything in-between - as grist for the mill, as something to help our practice…
• Everything Serves Us!

• We relate to life and life's happenings not as a value-judgment of good or bad, not as something happening TO us that we like or do not like, not as a victim of any forces outside ourselves.
• Rather we dance with All our Relations, we play with all the other actors and the stage in this Improv we call life. 
• Everything Serves Us and our spiritual unfolding, everything challenges us to more healing, growth, learning, transformation - to BE, and to DO ourselves, ever more.

• The way of the Victor, not the Victim: Life does not happen To us;  We happen to Life!

I find this validating of the work we did yesterday, and the BEing-ness that Red Dragon can assist us with.
